The Fixer-Upper Fund (FUF) is for property owners in Saranac Lake who would like assistance in doing repair work to the exterior of their homes. This work includes roofs, siding, landscaping, etc.
Have an idea for a project in the Village of Saranac Lake but need help with that final push? Tell the SLLDC about your project and we'll discuss how we can help provide financial support.

Illness Prevention Mini Grant
The SLLDC awarded $2,640 to local businesses for air purifiers to help prevent illness.

Baker Mountain Trail
Baker Mountain is one of Saranac Lake's beloved hiking trails. The SLLDC collaborated with the ADK Mountain Club to maintain the trail to the summit.

COVID-19 Micro Grant
The SLLDC partnered with the Saranac Lake Teachers Association and created a support fund for reopening businesses in Saranac Lake that were affected by the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic.

New York Main Street Program
The SLLDC was a player in securing funding from New York State to revitalize and repaint Saranac Lake's main street businesses.
